Large solid areas of color
do not lend themselves well to letterpress printing. The printing of large washes of color will commonly result in a salty effect. While there are many tricks of the trade to minimize this as much as possible, please be aware that it is ultimately an inherent part of letterpress printing.
It is important to us to catch every call that comes in. However, there are instances in which our hands are in the middle of running a job which requires a lot of focus and attention to detail. This makes it sometimes difficult to answer the phone. Be assured, if you leave a message, your call will be returned, ASAP. We just need a moment to wash up our hands.
in our shop is defined as “magazine quality.” – If the job is not perfect enough to be photographed and featured in a magazine, it isn’t good enough.

are billed at +25% for 1 week rush and +15% for 2 week rush. Rush fees are for expedited production. Additional shipping costs are not included.

is approximately 2-3 weeks from receipt of approved artwork proof and an accompanying deposit. The turnaround cannot begin until we have received your written, emailed artwork approval.
